clan

Clans: lasting groups of players, with a name, a tag and ranks.

Usage:
  clan                          your clan, and who's in it
  clan found <name> = <tag>     ask to found one (level 10, 500 credits;
                                a builder approves it, or you're refunded)
  clan cancel                   withdraw your request (refunded)
  clan invite <player>          (leader and officers)
  clan accept / clan decline    an invitation
  clan leave                    leave it (a leader's officers take over)
  clan kick <player>            (leader; officers can kick members)
  clan promote <player>         make a member an officer (leader)
  clan demote <player>          make an officer a member (leader)
  clan leader <player>          hand the clan over (leader)
  clan disband                  end it (leader)
  clan say <message>            talk to the clan, wherever they are
  csay <message>                the same

Clan members can't attack each other, and their tag shows in who.
