Pad services: pay to refuel, recharge and rearm your vehicle on a landing pad.

Usage:
  service                what it would take, and what it costs
  service all            top up everything
  service fuel, battery or ammo   just that

Fuel is 2 credits a point, the battery 1 a point, and ammunition 1 credit
for each unit of ammo-bay space a round takes (big calibers cost more).
Out in the wilds there's no one to pay: carry fuel cells and crates.
