Your account's email address.

Usage:
  email see it
email <address> set or change it

It's how staff can help you if you lose your password, and how you're
told when it's been reset. Only staff can see it.

On the website, My account shows it and changes it too, and the log in
page's "Forgot your password?" emails you a link to set a new one.
