Phone or desktop layout for the webclient, in this browser.

Usage:
  layout             what the choices are
  layout auto        pick by screen size (the default)
  layout phone       always the phone layout
  layout desktop     always the desktop layout

The phone layout is for small screens. A bar across the top shows your
health and energy, and your fight with a FLEE button when you're in one.
Tap your health for the runner deck; tap MAP, PARTY or HUD for those
panels. Each drops down over the text; tap it again, or the text, to put
it away. Windows (inventory, shops, help...) fill the screen. Tap a room
on the map to see its name.

Auto turns it on for narrow screens and phones on their side. The choice
is kept in the browser you type it in, so your phone and your computer
can each have their own. The settings window has it too.
