The Dead Line: the old metro under Neonforge, levels 8 to 14. A second
road through the middle levels, beside the sewers' deep end and the
Scrapyard Outskirts.

The city's entertainment machines were dumped down here: arcade
cabinets, theme-park animatronics, karaoke drones, fight-club robots.
They woke up, rebuilt themselves from each other, and now call
themselves the Unplugged. THE SHOW IS OVER, they paint on every wall:
no more performing for humans, and if their leader, the Maestro, gets
its way, no more humans.

The way in is east from the sewers' Abandoned Metro Tunnel. Dex Orlov,
who built half of these machines, lives in the signal box by the
breach and has work going; Lumen, a karaoke drone that changed its
mind, will tell you the other side.
