Have a mechanic fix a vehicle's hull.

Usage:
  repair                your vehicle here
  repair <vehicle>

It costs 2 credits for each point of hull. If you can't cover all of it,
the mechanic fixes what you can pay for. Wrecked vehicles are towed back
to the garage they were bought from, where there's usually a mechanic.
