rivals

The rival clans: clans run by NPCs, with territory, enemies and long memories.

Usage:
  rivals

Each has a leader with contracts against their enemy (repeatable work),
and members in their territory. Contracts raise your standing with them;
killing their members lowers it. Hostile, and their people attack you on
sight; Respected, and their leader will trade with you.
